Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and complete identity and age verification to take part as a member. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your account secure.

Verity Private Network is a verification-first directory and messaging service that connects adults with independent local wellness and professional service providers. Providers are independent and are not employees or agents of Verity. Any arrangement between a client and a provider is solely between them.

You agree not to use Verity to:

• Engage in, promote, or facilitate trafficking, coercion, or any involvement of a minor. This is reported to authorities and results in immediate removal.
• Break any law, or post content or make arrangements that are unlawful where you are located.
• Post explicit imagery, impersonate another person, or use a false or stolen identity.
• Harass, threaten, or pressure other members, or attempt to bypass the platform's verification and anonymized messaging.
• Scrape, resell, or misuse member information.

Paid features, such as memberships, provider plans, booking deposits, and one-time charges, are billed in US dollars through Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel, and cancelling stops future renewals. Refund terms for each type of charge are set out on the Policies & payments page.

You are responsible for what you post. We review content and may remove listings, messages, or accounts that break these terms or the law, with or without notice. Content on Verity is provided for entertainment purposes only.

Verity verifies identity and age but cannot guarantee the conduct of any member. The service is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, Verity is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for disputes between members. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail verification, or create risk for others.

We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by applicable United States law.
